Attorney advertising
This website is a communication about legal services and may be considered attorney advertising under California law. It is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Reading it, or sending a message through it, does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only by a written agreement signed by both the client and the firm.
No guarantee of results
Every matter depends on its own facts and its own law. Nothing on this website is a promise, guarantee, or prediction about the outcome of any matter. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any other case.
Fees and costs
Contingency-fee matters are accepted on the basis that no attorney's fee is charged unless a recovery is obtained. Whether a client is responsible for case costs and expenses advanced by the firm in the event there is no recovery is addressed in the written fee agreement, and is explained before any agreement is signed. Fee arrangements for non-contingency matters are set out in a separate written agreement.
Confidential information
Please do not send confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information through this website, by email, or through the contact form until an attorney-client relationship has been established in writing. Unsolicited information may not be treated as confidential and may not prevent the firm from representing another party.
Jurisdiction
Brian Masjedian is licensed to practice law in California only. Nothing on this site is an offer to represent anyone in a jurisdiction where the firm is not authorized to practice.
