Los Angeles personal injury
Accident & injury cases.
Someone else's carelessness put you here. California law puts the cost of that on them, not on you — and it costs nothing to find out what your claim is worth.
Case types
Every kind of injury case.
All handled by the same attorney, on contingency, from the first call to the last signature.

Car Accidents
Rear-endings on the 110, sideswipes on surface streets, intersection T-bones — car crashes are the most common injury case in Los Angeles, and the insurance playbook against them is well rehearsed.

Truck Accidents
A collision with a commercial truck is not a big car accident.

Motorcycle Accidents
Riders get blamed.

Rideshare Accidents
Uber and Lyft crashes turn on one question: which insurance period applies.

Pedestrian Accidents
Los Angeles is one of the most dangerous large cities in America to cross a street.

Bicycle Accidents
Cyclists have full rights to the road in California, and drivers owe them a three-foot passing buffer by statute.

Slip & Fall
Property owners in California owe visitors reasonably safe premises.

Dog Bites
California is a strict-liability state: a dog owner is responsible for a bite even if the dog never bit anyone before.

Wrongful Death
No case matters more, and none is harder to talk about.
How it works
From first call to recovery.
- 1. Free case review. You tell us what happened. You get a plain answer about whether there is a claim, what it may be worth, and what the deadlines are.
- 2. Investigation. Evidence is preserved before it disappears: photographs, footage, records, witnesses, and the other side's insurance coverage.
- 3. Treatment first, numbers second. No demand goes out until the full picture of your injuries and future care is known.
- 4. Negotiation — or trial. Most cases settle. The ones that settle well are the ones the insurer knows are ready for a courtroom.

No fee unless you recover
Injury cases are taken on contingency. If there is no recovery, you owe no attorney's fee. The written fee agreement spells out everything else in plain terms before you sign anything.
Common questions
Injury case questions.
What does it cost to hire you for an injury case?
Nothing up front. Injury cases are handled on contingency: no attorney's fee is charged unless a recovery is obtained. Whether case costs are owed if there is no recovery is set out in the written fee agreement before you sign.
How long do I have to file an injury claim in California?
Generally two years from the injury, but there are important exceptions. Claims against government entities require a claim within six months, and other deadlines can be shorter still. Ask early; a missed deadline usually ends a case permanently.
What should I do right now?
Get medical care and follow through with treatment, photograph everything you can, keep what was damaged, and do not give the other side's insurer a recorded statement before speaking with a lawyer. The consultation is free.
The insurance company already made me an offer. Should I take it?
Not before you know what your claim is worth. Early offers are usually made before the full cost of treatment is known, and accepting one ends the claim permanently. Having the offer reviewed costs nothing.
Free case review
Tell us what happened.
The consultation is free, confidential, and carries no obligation. If there is no claim worth bringing, you will be told that plainly, and if another firm is a better fit for your matter, you will be told that too.
- No fee unless you recover on injury and lemon law matters.
- Direct attorney access from the first call to the last signature.
- Se habla español. Consultations available in Spanish.
- If a deadline is close, call (310) 598-9614 rather than emailing. Some California deadlines are as short as six months.
